Fulhardt Knob Via Appalachian Trail starts with an almost 360 degree view of a beautiful valley then on a medium-difficulty hike through the woods to Fulhardt Knob.
In my experience, Fulhardt Knob is a lesser-used portion of the Appalachian Trail and therefore makes a perfect candidate for one of the best nature walks near Roanoke.
